So as said, I was cooking, or woking today. dinner. A really hot wok.

For
4 persons you need:
2 medium Aubergine (Eggplant)
2 medium Zuccinis
100g sliced chicken filet
100g sliced veal
1 small fresh chili fruit
About 50g Red (or green, if you want it even hotter) Curry Paste
ca 250ml water (or coconut milk, I myself don´t like it)
ca 3 spoons of olive oil
soya
lemon pepper
2 packages of noodles (2 bags of chinese soup noodles)

Chop the aubergines and zuccinis in cubes, and chop the chili. Spice the meat with lemon pepper and put it to fry in the frying pan on some olive oil. When the meat is ready you just put it on the sides of the wok and put the vegetables in the middle together with some curry paste and about 150ml of water and some soya. Let it stir. After ca 5 minuets you can mix it all around in the wok, ad the rest of the water and another bit of the curry paste and soya (after your own taste level).

Let it all stir for about 10 minutes so that the aubergines will cooked through.
Voíla!

I though must say that I exaggerated with the chili today, and we were actually crying eating it..haha... It was so HOT..haha...
But it is great for the digestion :)

Do you like your food spicy?

xoxo,
Vicky
