Lets Drink Something

Its week-end so lots of you will probably get down to business. Here are some lovely drinks you can serve from the best spots in the US. 

Piña Colada 

Build directly in the Blender

- Add 1 oz. unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 oz coconut cream
- 1 oz Spiced Rum
- 1 oz aged Rum
- 4 pineapple chunks about twice the size of dice
- Add 2 cups of crushed ice


Blend for 40 seconds

 

 

 

Burlesque L’Amour

-1/2 oz pear infused cognac
-1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
-1/4 oz simple syrup
-Shaken and rolled in with 2 1/2 oz pear cider. Add 3 drops Bittermens Burlesque bitters.
Pour into a flute over cranberry ice. Garnish with toasted sage leaf.

Mocktail
-2 oz 100% pear juice
-3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
-1/2 oz simple syrup
-Shaken and rolled with 1 oz soda water.

Pour into a flute over cranberry ice. Garnish with toasted sage leaf.


 Mr. C Cocktail

-4 Parts Mandarin Juice
-5 Parts Cipriani Prosecco
-1 Part Lemon Juice
-1 Shot I-Spirit Vodka


Add the above ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake lightly and pour into a rocks glass or strain into a tall champagne glass. Top it off with more Cipriani Prosecco


Remembrance

-2 sprigs of rosemary
-¾ oz. lemon juice
-¾ oz. simple syrup
-¼ oz. Martini & Rossi Bianco Vermouth
-1 oz. pear-infused Medium Drysack Sherry*
-1½ oz. Plymouth Gin

Into your cocktail shaker, muddle a 1 inch piece of rosemary, and add lemon juice, simple syrup, vermouth, sherry, and gin. Shake and double-strain into a large coupe glass. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary

*Pear-Infused Medium Drysack Sherry
Thinly slice Bartlett pears and cover with sherry. Allow to rest for 36 hours and strain through a sieve before serving.
